Frequently asked questions
Does porcelain jewellery break easily?
No. High-fired porcelain, fired at 1,260 °C, is one of the hardest ceramic materials there is — it withstands daily wear, water and time. As with any jewellery, avoid dropping it on hard surfaces, but it is not the fragile object you might imagine: delicate to the eye, resistant in real life.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
We replace it. Every order travels double-boxed, padded and tracked — and if something still arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make you a new piece at no cost.
How does buying via WhatsApp work?
Choose your piece on the site and tap "Buy via WhatsApp": a direct conversation with Juliana opens with the piece name pre-filled. She confirms availability and timing, and payment is made by bank transfer or a secure card payment link. You receive a photo of your packed piece and a tracking number.
How long does my order take?
If the piece is in stock, it ships within 1–2 working days. If it is made for you (many pieces are made to order), production takes 1–2 weeks — confirmed via WhatsApp before you pay. Shipping takes 2–3 days within Spain and 3–5 days across Europe.
Where do you ship?
To Spain and the whole European Union, always tracked. For the United Kingdom, our pieces are available through our Etsy shop.
How do I care for porcelain jewellery?
Easily: keep it in its suede pouch, avoid knocks against hard surfaces and clean with a soft cloth. Porcelain does not oxidise or fade; the 24k gold is fixed by a second firing — not a surface plating that wears off.
Are the pieces really unique?
Yes. Everything is shaped by hand, without industrial moulds: the marbling, reliefs and small variations mean no two pieces are exactly alike.
